Booking & Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY
ALL bookings should be confirmed with credit card details , we do not charge the card until the day of arrival a contactable telephone number will be required. We will need to know arrival time and parking requirements this can be confirmed by calling us on, 01789297278 or emailing us at info@ashgrovehousestratford.co.uk

CANCELLATION POLICY
If Stratford upon Avon or the country are put into lockdown due to Corona virus and it is not permitted to travel then a full refund will be given of any costs incurred.
7 Days notice must be given for all cancellations if between 1 and 3 rooms are booked. If booking 4 rooms or more or group bookings then 1 months notice must be given prior to the booking, a full charge will be made if cancelled within the cancellation window, unless we are able to re-let the room at the full price. If you should fail to arrive and not let us know then full payment will be taken. We recommend guests have travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs they may incur.

PARKING
Parking is available but cars are parked at the owners risk.
